MSS USA CORP, a subsidiary of MSSCORPS CO., LTD, is a leading provider of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) analysis services for the semiconductor industry. We are looking for FIB/TEM technicians to join our growing team.

This role offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience with state-of-the-art Focused Ion Beam (FIB) sample preparation and TEM operations. Candidates who excel in the role may transition to a full-time position.

  • Hands-On & Technically Adept – Comfortable working with precision instrumentation and learning semiconductor metrology tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • FIB Sample Preparation: Learn to prepare ultrathin TEM samples using Focused Ion Beam (FIB) tools.
  • TEM Operation & Analysis: Assist in acquiring high-resolution TEM images and analyzing semiconductor structures.
  • Lab Operations Support: Work with engineers to ensure smooth lab workflows and process improvements.

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Preferred: AA, AS, AAS in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.

Technical Skills & Experience (Preferred, but not required):

  • Experience in FIB sample prep, TEM operations, or semiconductor analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or vacuum systems for lab equipment.
