MSS USA CORP is seeking a motivated and resourceful Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the U.S. semiconductor market. This hands-on role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, engaging new clients, and helping establish a strong local presence. MSS USA CORP is the U.S. subsidiary of MSSCORPS, a publicly listed company in Taiwan with over 20 years of experience serving the semiconductor and materials analysis industries.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through site visits, phone outreach, and industry networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the semiconductor and materials analysis sectors.
  • Organize and coordinate client meetings, lab tours, and technical discussions involving internal and external teams.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, presentations, and digital outreach campaigns.
  • Track customer interactions, manage sales leads, and provide regular updates on business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant experience in the semiconductor or materials analysis industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Passion for sales and a demonstrated ability to deliver tailored solutions to complex client needs.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management is desired.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.
